Refund Policy

At NetPayShop.com, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Eligibility for Refund:

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Electronics must have the original seal intact (opened electronics are not eligible for refunds unless defective).
Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or personalized products.

Perishable goods (e.g., food items, fragrances, cosmetics if opened).

Sale items (unless defective).
Refund Process:

Send an email to info@netpayshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

Upon approval, return the product to our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection, via the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
