Customers may request a cancellation of their service order within 24 hours of purchase β provided that the service has not yet commenced or been partially delivered.

- β After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be eligible unless under exceptional circumstances.

To maintain fairness and transparency, the following services cannot be cancelled once booked:
- Services that have already started or been partially executed.
- Marketing & promotional packages with ongoing or delivered components.
- IT development or design services where work has already begun or resources allocated.
- Customized or tailored packages developed specifically for the client.
β How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please send an email to:

- Include: Full Name, Order ID / Invoice Number, Service Purchased, Reason for Cancellation
Our support team will assess the request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome.
πExceptional Cases for Cancellation (Post 24-Hour Window)
- Duplicate payment or accidental multiple orders.
- Service delays exceeding 7 business days without prior communication.
- A documented error from our side (e.g., mismatched services).
