Once planning, consultation, or execution begins, the service is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

- Lead generation and outreach services
Marketing efforts begin immediately upon order confirmation and often involve third-party costs (advertising platforms, tools, etc.). For this reason, all marketing services are final and non-refundable.

- Government and PRO service fees
- Name reservation and notarization
Company formation involves upfront legal processing, document issuance, and regulatory filings. These services are governed by UAE authorities and once initiated, cannot be reversed or refunded.
🛒 3. Refund Eligibility for Other Cases
- Duplicate Payments: Mistakenly charged twice for the same order.
- Technical Failures: Checkout failure with no delivery of service/product.
- Unauthorized Transactions: Verified payments made without your knowledge.
- Product Not Delivered: Physical items not shipped within 14 days.
🕒 4. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of transaction. Requests made after this period will not be eligible unless legally mandated.
